A 30% retainer is required to secure your booking.
In the case of cancellation or a decrease in guest numbers the retainer is non-refundable.
The final payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to your event. At this point we also need any dietary requirements and final numbers confirmed.
Refunds are not offered should individual guests cancel following this date.
